I set up an app for Privacy display, but when I run the app, Privacy display doesn't apply.

Some apps may use a different package name when they're actually running, which can cause Privacy display to not apply as expected.

Please check the name of the app that's actually running and make sure it matches the app you've enabled in the Privacy display settings.

If it doesn't match, you'll need to add the correct app name to your Privacy display settings.

How to check the running app info:

 - Press the Recent apps button > Tap the app's thumbnail icon > Select ’App Info’ to view details > Check the app name

How to check the app conditions for turning on:

 - Go to Settings > Display > Privacy display > Conditions for turning on > Apps > Check and compare the app name
