You can diagnose TV issues such as Picture quality/Sound quality, external device connection diagnosis, Storage space diagnosis, and memory optimization using a TV function.
How to use Device Care feature
Press the Home button on the TV remote control and select Menu → Settings → Support → Device Care → Start Device Care.
The Device Care feature includes image quality/sound diagnosis and memory initialization.
