In case the set-top box screen does not appear or cannot be connected, the set-top box power may be off or there might be an issue with the signal cable.
Reconnect the power when there is no set-top box power light. The set-top box might be on standby mode and you can turn it back on using the remote control.
Press the Home button on the TV remote control and select Menu → Connected Devices → Input mode connected to set-top box.
Note: The HDMI connector may differ depending on the TV model.
When watching a broadcast by connecting the set-top box and the TV, make sure the external input cable such as HDMI is properly connected.
Press the Home button on the TV remote control and select Menu → Settings → Support → Device Care → Self Diagnosis → HDMI Troubleshooting.
Depending on the condition of the cable, it might take approximately 2 minutes, so please wait.
