Resets all Smart Hub settings to their factory defaults and deletes all information. When the TV app operation is slow or the app operation is strange, these steps may help resolve the problem.

How to reset Smart Hub

Press the Home button on the remote control and select Menu → Settings → Support → Device Care → Self Diagnosis → Reset Smart Hub.

Enter your PIN. The initial PIN is 0000.
